Sr. Communication Specialist Job at Security Service Federal Credit Union
Assists to SSFCU members, and employees via telephone, email, web messaging, and fax. Verifies stipulations are met and sends loan documents to members. Pro-actively follows up on loans that have not closed. Monitors phone queues.
Responds in a professional and efficient manner to member and employee inquiries regarding new loan applications and loans in process including but not limited to: Rate and term questions, counteroffer terms, information requested by Loan Officers, documentation required to close a loan or credit card. Sends out closing documents to members to sign electronically, ensuring proper member identification and authentication is completed (RSA). Sets members' expectation regarding the closing and funding process. Receives, distributes, and refers emails, faxes, or calls requiring additional Loan Officer or Loan Processor review.
Makes outbound calls, sends emails and web messages to follow up on approved loans. Notifies members of their loan approval and the documentation required to close their loan. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) year of financial services experience in member service or call center environment Working knowledge of Excel and Word Experience with Quick Approve, OMNIA, and TSSO or other comparable lending systems.
