Fellowship Senior Living's Therapy at Home Program is expanding. We are looking for you to join our team and grow with us!

Speech Therapist organizes and conducts speech/language programs for the Therapy at Home program in Salem County and facility based services at Friends Village in Woodstown, NJ. He/She will direct client participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Will also facilitate the learning of those skills and functions essential for communication and swallowing, to diminish or correct pathology. He/She will direct activities to promote and maintain health.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Instructs client in the skills and techniques required for participation in activities and evaluates client progress.
  • Adapts program according to the needs of individual client.
  • Completes all clinical documentation in a timely manner so that the information is readily available in the resident's medical chart.
  • Conducts training programs and participates in training medical, nursing and other personnel in speech therapy techniques and objectives.
  • Puts customer service first: Ensures that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual's needs and rights.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • NJ Speech Therapist License
  • He/She must possess a Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology or related area

Will provide home care services to clients in Salem County, NJ and at Friends Village in Woodstown, NJ.

Salary commensurate with experience.
