Spa Sales Manager - Carmel, IN

Successful upscale Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Noblesville is seeking a self-motivated and experienced sales manager to join our talented and friendly team! You will become part of an experienced and dedicated staff of over 25 employees and play a vital role of driving sales in the spa! The sales manager role is a key part of the spa's continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic and focused on driving sales and achieve sales goals.

Strong growth opportunity and earning potential with our company, as we continue to expand our footprint in the Indy market. Our Leadership Team is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in a team-oriented and professional environment.

This is a full time sales position; commissions and bonuses. The ideal candidate for this job will possess strong communication, sales and organizational skills. Background in membership sales or spa management is a plus.

Qualifications as follows

  • 2-4 years management experience in retail/sales
  • Ability to drive team to achieve membership sales goals
  • Leadership skills to guide staff to operate at peak efficiency
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Self-starter and multi-tasker
  • Flexible schedule

Job Duties, Drive team to achieve sales goals

  • Creating outstanding customer experience
  • Oversee training of sales staff
  • Manage staff scheduling; front desk, massage therapists, and estheticians
  • Implementation of corporate protocols
  • Fielding client concerns
  • Maintain communication with staff to ensure the smooth day to day operations
