WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Passionately recruit source and screen professionals to work with the individual's services by our agency.
- Passive and active recruitment of candidates using resources including job board postings, social media, networking, and internet research.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
- Assist with verifying, evaluating, and investigating contractor credentials before placement.
- Attend and participate in job fairs and networking recruiting events and sessions when available.
- Match candidates with individual consumers.

The Talent Sourcing Manager will develop and maintain relationships, and actively recruit professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 plus years of relevant experience in recruiting or staffing experience.
- Previous experience in Healthcare, Education, Human Services, or related industries (preferred).
- Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organization skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes.
- Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS systems.
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal, and written communication and interpersonal skills.
