Job Responsibilities
The .NET Software Engineer will be an integral part of the software engineering and product development team within Cambium Assessment. This group of professionals give custom software solutions for our clients as well as internal support systems. Much of the work we perform is new development, so the right candidate will have the skills needed to perform full life-cycle software development.
This includes participation in requirements gathering, application and database design, system documentation, writing and unit-testing efficient code, and deployment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related field) and 3+ years professional .NET software development experience, utilizing C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and XML or Master's Degree in Computer Science and 1+ years of .NET software development experience.
- SQL experience to include development work with relational databases, stored procedures, triggers, writing SQL queries
- Experienced in object oriented programming (OOP), along with a demonstrated professional knowledge in OO design
- Solid understanding of algorithms
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Self-starter, ability to work in a team environment as well as alone

- M.S. in Computer Science
