The pay range for this position is between $100K - $120K annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.

How can you make an impact?
As a
Software Engineer on our team, you’ll use your creativity and problem-solving skill to create engaging learning experiences and new platform capabilities on our adaptive learning platform. This will support the delivery of products that help students build the skills they need to be successful, while providing teachers with the insights they need to help their students thrive.
What you can expect from the position
- Participate in the design and development of applications and services to support business and engineering initiatives
- Work with Product Managers and the team to groom the product backlog
- Collaborate with engineers on your team on feature development and bug fixes
- Promote engineering best practices within your team to ensure quality, stability, performance, resiliency, and maintainability of your software
- Be a champion of the customer’s voice and ensure our products are built with customer empathy at the forefront
- Share knowledge and practices with other teams
What you bring to the role
- 2+ years of software engineering experience with a distributed product and engineering team
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced software release environment, where you deliver production-grade software daily for a system with millions of users
- You can contribute to the full software development life cycle, to include writing application code, writing unit/integration/automation tests, documentation, and performance engineering
- Excitement about crafting engaging and accessible user interfaces for students and teachers so they can get the most out of our products.
