Summary

With limited guidance, participate in the; design, development, configuration, testing and support of applications used at America's Car-Mart, Inc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Thorough application knowledge in two or more of the following disciplines:
• C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WPF, WCF, HTML, SQL, Java Script, EF, LINQ, Telerik, Design patterns
• Participates on team projects.
• Provides technical assistance to team members.
• Available for on-call applications support after normal business hours.
• Completes IT/Technology tasks and projects assigned in a timely manner.
• Ensures all the application systems are ready for future business initiatives.
• Manages projects utilizing project management and time management skills.
• Ensures applications allow for the smooth and efficient operations of the organization.
• Communication directly with customers and IT director on current projects and findings.
• Address customer conflicts while tracking work resolutions.
• Ensure the ISDLC methodology is being followed, when appropriate.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager.
• Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision, values and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
