We are currently seeking a Second Shift Supervisor to lead our Child Protective Services team in providing exceptional care and support to those in need.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary: $59,328 annually + $2,964 Critical Position Incentive Pay. New hires are possibly eligible for a signing bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of passionate social workers in delivering top-quality services
- Provide guidance and training to ensure the application of best practices in casework and community problem-solving
- Collaborate with governmental and private organizations to leverage community resources
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing social work programs
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field from an accredited institution
- 2-5 years of directly related experience, depending on education level
- Strong knowledge of social work principles, techniques, and practices
- Experience in supervising, training, and mentoring staff members
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
