The Social Listening Specialist role is part of the Digital Strategy Team within the internal creative agency department. What You’ll Work On
  • Consistently represents the consumer among internal partners to ensure they are always at center of marketing strategy.
  • Implements and analyzes secondary data using tools to perform functions ranging from simple data aggregation to complex text-mapping, trend analysis, and data visualization to present findings and recommendations to key internal stakeholders related to search, social, email, and website channels.
  • Creates clear and compelling reports that drive action, working cross-functionally to connect dots and data across digital channels.
  • Leads best-in-class social listening offering, responsible for uncovering and sharing relevant consumer insights throughout the organization
  • Ensures social listening adheres to policies & guidelines and works cross-functionally to communicate best practices
  • Owns crisis social listening and escalation and communicates observations and impact with cross-functional teams and ensures appropriate monitoring plans are in place
  • Sprinklr single-point-of-contact for listening, reporting, query builds & maintenance, partnering closely with Sprinklr team to ensure our tool is optimized for social listening
  • Evangelizes social listening best practices across ANPD brands and Abbott divisions
  • Responsible for internal capability building and training on social listening

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of working directly with data, analytics and visualization tools to provide valuable insights
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to facilitate communication and share out of results and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment and lead strong teams through rapidly evolving, complex demands, including multiple projects with dependencies on other teams.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data to create impactful insights
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data stories to multiple layers of stakeholders
