About The Role:

As a SOC Analyst on our team, you'll use your experience to work with clients to triage and address incidents, problems, and service requests while applying for commercial-level customer support. You'll transform data into metrics related to vulnerability management to focus remediation efforts and report on success. You'll work as a liaison to help system owners understand technical cyber requirements. Join us as we protect our nation's cyber infrastructure. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., including, the District of Columbia.

Location: The United States, Candidates from HUBZones (https://maps.certify.sba.gov/hubzone/map#center=39.828200,-98.579500&zoom=5) preferred.

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years' experience with data analytics.
  • Experience with vulnerability remediation efforts or patch management.
  • Experience with ticket management through tools such as Jira Service Desk, Remedy, or ServiceNow.
  • Experience working directly with clients as a liaison to help translate technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication, written, and oral skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
  • HS diploma or GED and 18+ years of experience with security or system administration or BS degree in CS, IT, or Engineering and 10+ years of experience.

What's desired to have:

  • Experience with tools including Microsoft excel, SCCM, Elastic, or CDM.
  • Familiarity with POA&Ms.
  • Experience with the VA.
  • Public Trust
