SMT Machine Operator Job at ComSonics
Our Operators monitor, maintain, and adjust Surface Mount Technology equipment to produce printed circuit board assemblies. They review and interpret engineering drawings and documentation and validate that circuits are placed correctly on the board before assembly as well as inspect, monitor, and correct the production process from start to finish. Our Operators also perform Preventive Maintenance on the equipment to ensure it's in top working order.
Candidates who are ready for the challenge will have a year or more PCB SMT manufacturing experience, SMT Pick and Place experience, and a high school diploma or GED. Attention to detail, great attendance, patience, teamwork, strong communication and problem solving skills as well as basic knowledge of PC operations are also key success factors. IPC certification is a plus.
