Position Summary

Perform maintenance to various types of gaming machines.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of player tracking system (CDS).

• Complete machine moves as needed.

Essential Functions

• Keep all games on the casino floor in working condition.

• Rebuild and or replace as needed buttons, lights, printers, validations.

• Replace other machine parts as required.

• Keep all stickers on machine up to date, clean and readable. Fill in as a floor person, assist Security if needed (Pit drop).

• Keep casino area clean and safe (drink spill cleanups)

• Help and back up Security Officers

• Anticipate and correct problems before they get out of control.

• Each floor person carries a radio and can get help if needed. As slot floor persons you are required to constantly patrol the casino floor.

• Your dealings with fellow employees must be firm but also fair. In all cases you must adhere to the house rules. Violations of house rules and serious customer relations problems will be turned over to the department supervisor or manager (manager on duty if needed) with all the facts and if required they will be prepared on a voluntary statement.

• Sitting and or standing in one place for long periods of time will not be tolerated.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand or walk. During maintenance or while repairing equipment they occasionally will be required to kneel, beneath the waist or use their hands to handle or feel for objects, tools, or controls; regularly lift and or move objects from 10-50 lbs. and up.
