Skincare Specialist/Customer Service Representative
We are Clinical Skin, an online skincare retailer specializing in medical-grade products you’d normally find at your dermatologist’s office. We are seeking knowledgeable and professional individuals with beauty/skincare brand experience, exceptional customer service and relationship building skills to service our customer base.
In this position you are responsible for displaying a high level of product knowledge; a passion for skincare, an ability to build sales by providing friendly expertise. Must create a welcoming experience for our customers while helping them with any and all questions.
The ideal candidate will:
- Professionally manage incoming customer calls, chats, and emails by obtaining necessary information and ensuring inquiries are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
- Consult with customers to identify skincare needs and sell recommended products
- Support all programs and initiatives in order to enhance the customer experience and increase customer loyalty
- Offer a one-on-one personalized experience to customers through excellent customer service and skincare education.
- Answer specific questions relating to skincare routines, ingredients, and products.
- Provide answers to customer service questions related to existing orders, shipping, returns.
Requirements
- Beauty/skincare experience required
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Sales ability a plus
- Skincare retailer experience a plus (Sephora, Ulta, etc)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
