Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide accurate storage of equipment for each guest.
- Responsible for the security of equipment at all times during shift.
- Meet and greet guests
- Maintain a clean & safe ski check building.
- Ensure guest satisfaction for the customer by possessing a general knowledge of the ski area and by acting as a guest services representative.
- Perform general preparation work such as putting out racks & ropes, shoveling decks and walkways, sanding and salting, opening of ski check and assisting other departments as necessary.
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Responsible for operating ski check
- Cleaning of ski check and surrounding area.
- Must have excellent guest service skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Shoveling of snow is sometimes required.
What we are looking for:
- High school education or equivalent; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in dealing with the public and providing customer service is desired.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complaints and seek assistance when needed.
- Able to work holidays and weekends per seasonal demands and business needs.

Wage and Benefit Info:
The wage range for this positions is: from $18.00 to $19.50
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
