Site Superintendent Job at Arning Companies
Arning Companies is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated superintendent who wants to join a growing national commercial general contractor.
Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years field experience in commercial setting
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant, retail, or fuel station construction
- Comprehensive understanding of safe work practices and job site safety
- Produce Requests for Information (RFI’s).
- Read and understand plans and bid documents
- Ability to motivate crew, encourage, and educate to complete jobs on time and on budget
- Must be able to pass drug screen
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA 10/OSHA 30 a plus
- Pay commensurate with experience
