Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the productivity of Atlas Copco IAS Systems at the customer’s location. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for creating PM schedules, performing or supervising maintenance activities, providing technical assistance, and acting as the subject matter expert for all systems. Additionally, the Site Coordinator is responsible for all interactions with the customers at the site.

Essential Functions

• Troubleshoot customer systems to ensure that they are operating at the desired quality and productivity
• Create schedules for all PM activities on IAS systems
• Perform or supervise maintenance activities within or outside the robot cell
• Train customers in the correct and effective use of Atlas Copco IAS systems and software
• Provide technical support on Atlas Copco IAS systems as needed
• Train other Atlas Copco personnel in the maintenance of equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Some travel out of state or outside the US for training or benchmarking is occasionally required
• This is a full-time position with a relatively consistent work schedule. Must have the flexibility to work early, late sometimes, or on weekends as the workload requires

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience with troubleshooting/ resolving field equipment issues
• Strong blueprint and technical reading skills required
• Able to operate effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
• PC and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in writing
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
