Natural Skincare & Acne Clinic is a Medical Spa located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, USA. We are also an online company that offers a 16-week Online Acne Program to people from all over the world. We also host an E-commerce store for unique and proprietary products, many of which support our 16-week Acne Program.

As a highly technical company, we utilize Clear Connection, our own proprietary software, as well as several cloud apps & connectors to support the e-commerce side of the business.

We think of our people like family! We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in providing our retail and wholesale customers with quality service while tracking and maintaining inventory.

Position Summary: The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for properly receiving incoming orders and shipping outgoing packages. You will make sure that customers receive the items they ordered in a timely manner, without any mistakes in the delivery. In this way, you will be seen as an important liaison between our business and our clients, making sure that everyone gets what they need quickly and efficiently. The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for sorting, organizing, and moving goods from one location/company to another, they must have excellent administrative and organization skills.

Job Responsibilities

Fulfillment:

• Assemble and fill packages with items that need to be shipped to clients
• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
• Affix proper postage neatly to each package in preparation for shipping
• Maintain a clear and organized space in the shipping department
• Ship packages in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure each package has the correct products and number of items

Receiving

• Receive, count, and stock incoming product shipments
• Observe, document and report shortages to Manager
• Inspect and unload incoming shipments
• Report damaged items to Manager
• Diligently follow procedures for counting and stocking products

Administration

• Run shipping report daily and manually sync transactions as needed
• Process product returns within 48 hours
• Contact vendors for replacements of defective merchandise
• Collaborate with Manager as needed to prevent back ordered items
• Report and track back ordered items
• Notify customers of back ordered items
• Complete daily checklists in Trello
• Maintain and clean and organized shipping area
• Conduct bi- weekly inventory
• Check Orders email and replies to inquiries
• Monitor Happy Fox for tickets to the shipping department and work with Customer Service to resolve issues
• File USPS and Shipsurance claims
• Inform vendors of shortages and damaged items to request replacements
• Maintain Woo Store and mark items on/off back order or out of stock on Woo store
• Monitor and maintain products in ShipStation
• Maintain Shopify Store as needed

Supervision Received: regular and scheduled check ins and annual performance evaluations from the Online Program Manager or other leadership team members

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Minimum High School Graduate

Experience: Experience with shipping and inventory software and e-commerce websites such as ShipStation, Inventory Planner, Woocommerce, Shopify, Finale, Inventory Planner, or Keap a plus

• Located in the United States
• Part time (25-30 hours a week is expected)
• Pay dependent upon experience $17-$25/hr
