Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pay range is $22 - $24 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and knowledge.
• Responsible for performing tasks involved in the shipment of finished goods, materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Under limited supervision, prepares records of goods shipped and bill of lading.
• Posts weight and shipping charges.
• Maintains shipping record files.
• Prepares goods for final shipment.
• Receives all parts, items, and supplies to support business needs.
• Handles mail, both incoming and outgoing.
• Maintains proper inventory records, reviews freight charges and packaging supplies.
• Provides input and recommendations for material packaging and storage.
• Works independently, self-starter, and able to multi-task.
• Serves as the back-up to the Stock Clerk.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.

Minimum Education:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent

Minimum Experience:

• 3-5 years work experience in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:

• Working knowledge of freight carriers and handlers.
• Experience working with a inventory management system (SL8 or other ERP system).
• Experience with import and export documentation.
• Above average reading, writing, and math abilities.
