1st shift Shipping Consolidation/Packer needed in South Bend, IN. $1000 Sign On Bonus. Come work in an environmentally controlled, extremely clean facility that is fast paced with a steady work schedule! Monday - Friday 930a-6pm! The successful candidate is responsible for the boxing and processing of Pick Suggestions while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and quality. Intermediate understanding of boxing and processing orders.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (Needed/desired for this Position)

· 1 - 2 years of boxing and processing experience

· Prior boxing and processing experience in a faced-paced environment

· Basic math and counting skills

· Receptive to cross-training in other areas of Shipping

· Self-motivated & Detail-oriented

· Must be a team player

· Quality focused with a high emphasis on accuracy

TECHNICAL and/or MANAGERIAL JOB COMPETENCIES – (Specific Job Proficiencies and Skills)

· Basic ability to read and interpret Pick Suggestions and Work Orders.

· Knowledge of Product Identification and lot traceability as it pertains to boxing and processing orders.

· Basic computer skills dealing with UPS World Ship and Fed Ex

ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned.)

· Box parts according to shipping instructions and/or special instructions.

· Ability to make barcodes and perform C of C functions.

· Receive and put away shipping supplies

· Ability to utilize weigh scale in the counting of parts

· Read, understand, and complete all Shipping Department documentation and work instructions to the PEI-Genesis, ISO9001, and AS9100 standard.

· Maintain a clean and orderly work area using 5S principles.
