Looking to apply your shipping experience to a purpose-driven, operationally focused, and growing warehouse team making a positive impact in the world? The Shipping Administrator is a pivotal part of the Warehousing team with a mission to assist in daily operations by performing various duties including scanning and attaching shipping documents to deliveries, creating new items, creating shipping labels, printing packing lists and customer service. The Shipping Administrator plays an instrumental part in bringing clean, affordable, and modern energy to the world.
Helps Soligent make a positive impact by:
- Printing shipping labels based on established standards.
- Preparing shipping and receiving documentation; maintaining orderly files for all documentation.
- Processing all shipping transactions and paperwork.
- Assisting with responses to requests for tracing of missing shipments.
- Assisting with maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in the shipping area.
- Performing required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
- Investigating receiving and shipping problems, finding root causes and helps develop solutions
- Assisting with and performing daily cycle counting
- Assisting in responses to requests for tracing of missing shipments
- Following proper safety procedures, including wearing all required PPE's and ensuring a safe working environment
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Participating in all of the safety programs acting as a role model for all associates
- Communicating with outside vendors to coordinate shipping appointments
- Working collaboratively across all departments
- Ensuring that order staging is completed in a timely manner for pick up
- Performing other duties as assigned by manager.

- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Compensation for this role for a candidate based in Colorado is expected to be $17.00 per hour and for a candidate in NYC is expected to be $17.00 per hour, but may be higher or lower in other States due to geographic differentials in the labor market.
