Our company is structured across 2 divisions – the Display Case Division, located in North Prairie, WI, Waukesha, WI, and Pewaukee, WI and the Refrigeration Systems Division, located in Ramsey, MN and Dyersville, IA.

What Will You Do?
Under the direction of the Technical Support Supervisor, the Service Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support to the service technicians in the field. (He/she) will be responsible for:
- Supporting fields technician on small commercial case display and refrigeration system
- Record calls into a company system” IFS”
- Respond to service support emails requests
- Place warranty part order and have them shipped to contractors
What Are We Looking For?
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of you in this position:
- HVAC-R training “Associates degree preferred” with a minim of 1 years of field experience
- must know the basic refrigeration sequence of operation
- can read basic wiring, pipping diagrams and controllers’ parameters
- communicate effectively in written and verbal form
- proficiency in MS Office platform
- strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet daily deadlines
