    Highline Public Schools is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join our Technology Services department!

    SUMMARY: The Service Desk Technician will serve as an initial point of contact for technical assistance and will provide a consistently high level of customer service support for technology hardware and software troubleshooting by exhibiting a respectful, knowledgeable and helpful demeanor. Service Desk Technicians develop knowledgebase materials to facilitate the delivery of self-help service in enterprise application and systems use based upon experience and information gathered during day-to-day operations.
