The Services Delivery Manager is responsible for managing OPTK’s Network Technicians providing testing and troubleshooting of customer’s new and existing circuits. This position receives guidance from Directors, Field and Network Engineers, OSP Managers and works closely with other internal departments.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage installation schedule of new customer premise equipment.
• Fiber and circuit testing on new and existing services.
• Schedule preventative maintenance on all OPTK owned and operated equipment.
• Maintain Hut and cabinet preventative maintenance schedules.
• Responsible for updating and accuracy of all OSP records to include: OSP Insight, Diggers Hotline, Patch panel assignments, SharePoint documentation, and Smartsheet.
• Coordinate emergency fiber repair and restore as needed.
• Responsible for managing the relationships with partners and keeping projects on schedule.
• Manage on-call rotation, work during scheduled maintenance windows and during network outages as needed.
• Performs other functions and duties as may be directed or assigned.

Qualifications

· Two-year technical degree in telecommunications or related field required or 1-2 years of experience in related area. Experience in related area may replace educational requirements.

· Valid driver’s license.
