Service and Parts Coordinator

PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Service and Parts Coordinator is responsible for the efficient administrative functions of the Services Department. The Service and Parts Coordinator will support warranty services, customer relations, and process work orders. The primary focus of the role is to support the needs of our retailers and their customers with warranty services within the terms of our warranty and service policy.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities of the Service and Parts Coordinator are as follows, but not limited to:

• Data entry
• Opening, processing, and closing work orders
• Review all work orders and parts requests for accuracy
• Maintain and update warranty services and requests
• Inputting and coding of settlements and legal expenses electronically
• Inputting and updating material usage and Homeowner Registrations both electronically and in files
• Prepare and update weekly and monthly reporting
• Assist in packaging and shipping of parts and materials via UPS
• Must communicate regularly with and work directly with dealers, homeowners, contractors, and co-workers on Services related questions and issues in a professional manner.
• Deliver parts on occasion

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two – Four years of relevant administrative experience.
• Data entry experience.
• Current and valid PA Driver’s License.
• Construction/Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

SCHEDULE

This position is full time, Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
