Immediate training responsibilities:

• Create/complete needs assessment for critical positions.
• Either independently or through grant support, participate in standardized work project to understand steps in manufacturing process.
• Create/Select training based on standardized work. Create blended learning environment including on the job, classroom (teacher led) and on-line training program.
• Create/maintain monthly training schedule and document feedback results from training.
• Report on training program effectiveness ensuring training goals are being met annually.

Long term training improvements:

• Leadership training for managers.
• Compliance training for all employees.
• Business software training for administrative employees (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Employee culture training to support core values.
• Career pathing for all Interprint employees.

Successful applicant should have three years' experience training (preferably in a manufacturing setting), experience applying lean principles and continuous improvement tools, experience with adult learning principles and on-the-job skills training knowledge strongly preferred. Certification in Six-Sigma Green/Black Belt strongly preferred.
