Job Responsibilities

Transfer pricing planning, implementation, and documentation

Foreign businesses expanding to the U.S

US businesses expanding internationally

Inbound real estate investments

Investment, Hedge, and PE fund structuring

Foreign “Voluntary Disclosure” projects

IP migration strategies

Expatriate and inpatriate tax planning

International tax compliance review for outbound and inbound clients and businesses
-
Foreign tax credit analysis and documentation FDII and GILTI planning
-
Value Added Tax and indirect tax
-
Crypto asset planning
-
Assist partners on international clients with all facets of international tax consulting and compliance qualify control

Perform international tax research and planning for clients of the firm
-
Assist with business development/identify opportunities
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in US tax consulting/compliance within public accounting, with specific experience (in the U.S.) in International Tax
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Taxation

CPA or equivalent credential

We are required employers to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings in California, Colorado, and New York. Compensation Range for this position: $67,000 - $110,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
