We'll count on you to:

  • Be a trusted talent advisor by building strong, consultative relationships with our internal customer base
  • Provide full life cycle recruiting expertise for experienced hiring needs across multiple business groups
  • Balance strategic thinking with the ability to get things done within a rapidly changing work environment
  • Improve performance metrics and data integrity for requisition reporting activity
  • Develop and execute strategic and creative sourcing channels
  • Build business cases and leverage data to influence change where appropriate
  • Be the key point of contact for business and HR escalations with an ability to quickly action solutions

What you need to have:

  • Deep expertise recruiting in a corporate recruiting and/or search firm environment responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process from sourcing to closing the candidate
  • Previous success in direct sourcing, cold-calling and identifying non-active qualified job seekers to hiring managers
  • Excellent planning, organizational and facilitation skills with keen attention to detail
  • Be detail-oriented, hands-on and results-driven with a positive attitude toward change and resilient under pressure to work in a challenging and energetic environment
  • Client service focus with strong organizational and project management skills

The applicable base salary range for this role is $81,000- $162,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
