Your day-to-day work will include:

Aeyon has an immediate opening for a Senior SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant. Someone in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area is preferred but optional.

The Senior Consultant will support our SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, specifically Performance and Goals, Succession, and Development for Federal clients. In this role, you will lead implementations, support projects, and provide subject matter expertise. This position is remote, working from home/co-working space with occasional onsite meetings at client sites.

At a minimum, you should have:

  • Work with the implementation Manager and Project Managers to determine tasks, priorities, and resources
  • Check in with the Project Manager to give updates on tasks
  • Work on implementation projects
  • Configure systems.
  • Work with clients directly
  • Gather and document requirements.
  • Assist with the creation, review, and delivery of system training.
  • Run configuration workshops.
  • Have an enterprise view of the Talent Management projects while working on an assignment.
  • Prepare documents (for example, white papers, presentations, job aids, and standard operating procedures) for clients.
  • Assist with standards and processes for the Talent Management sector for Aeyon(templates, lessons learned)
  • Get certified in multiple SuccessFactors modules. If not certified already
  • Manage project scope and customer success/expectations with the assistance of the project manager.
  • Identify growth/business development opportunities.
  • Assist with in-kind proposal writing if/when needed.
  • Assist with recruiting and interviewing as the team grows.
  • Mentor junior team members

You've got what it takes if you have the following Experience Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors' Performance, Succession, and Development modules.
  • Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience using strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computer applications, procedures, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive problem-solving attitude.
  • Time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Certification Requirements:

Certifications for SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management, Succession and Development, and/or Learning. Preferred

Work Type:

Remote- Someone in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area is preferred but not required.

Clearance Requirements:

Must be US Citizen with the ability to obtain a public trust.

Work hours:

Here at Aeyon, we believe in creating an environment that fosters a healthy work/ life balance. The typical day consists of a 9-5 Monday-Friday work schedule totaling 40 hours per week, but we realize that life happens, and things come up.
