Assists Web Manager with standard practices for Agile development, code reviews, coding standards, DevOps, change management, test-driven deployment, and troubleshooting. Communicates complex technical concepts to other developers, managers, and stakeholders.

Communicates complex technical concepts to other developers, managers, and stakeholders.
What you will do
- Responds positively and willingly to projects and assignments as directed by the Manager, IS Web Services. Plans, coordinates, and implements action to complete assignments effectively. Devotedly and dutifully carries out assigned work items and projects, adhering to engineering standards, best practices, and security while committing to the agreed timeline.
- Writes, codes, and tests software. Provides technical expertise in design and programming methodology and web infrastructure. Included in this standard are: m Writes efficient code; Tests code for problems before release to customers for testing; Provides documentation so that others can work with software; Leads code reviews; Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems within scope.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate and analyze customer software problems and is able to communicate, prioritize and to offer solutions so as to maintain smooth operations and integrity of the system. Consistently communicates at a level that produces clarity when explaining technical matters, while actively listening in order to understand what others are trying to articulate. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors Degree, Computer Science or Related (Required)
Experience
- 7+ years of project analysis and hands on application development. (Required)
- Technical proficiency with .NET, Sitecore 9.x or higher, C#, SQL, MVC, JSON, and AJAX. (Required)
- Hands on experience implementing new templates, components, and responsive web pages/sites for Sitecore. (Required)
- Extensive experience with requirements gathering, prototyping, designing, coding, testing, deploying and supporting enterprise applications on a day-to-day operations of production systems. (Required)
- 2+ years experience as a team lead. (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
- Sitecore 9.x or higher certification (Required)
