As a Senior Product Manager at Mudflap, you'll be working on a market-leading mobile and web based product used daily by tens of thousands of SMB trucking companies. These customers serve as the backbone of the U.S. economy by transporting trillions of dollars of goods that touch every American. You will be responsible for managing Mudflap's existing offering and helping the Company expand into new categories. Successful candidates will have a history of managing products from ideation to launch and then helping to grow them into market leaders.

In the role, you will:

• Identify and translate complex customer challenges into an exciting and innovative product strategy and roadmap
• Define product requirements and drive product development in line with established success criteria
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Business Development and Customer Success to successfully execute the product strategy
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and be accountable for on-going success criteria and OKRs

You have:

• Understanding of the software development process
• You enjoy solving difficult technical challenges and delivering the outcome to customers to make their lives better.
• A proven track record of building and scaling a successful product and at least 5 years of product management or related experience
• The mindset that the best products are built through collaboration. You are a strong advocate for the brand and for the customer. You relentlessly focus on taking an outside in approach to product management
• Excitement and eagerness to share the stories about your product with the rest of the team and across the industry

The salary range for this role is $136,850 - $219,650. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. The candidate's skills, experience, and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards or short-term incentives. Our benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance and PTO.
