As a senior member of the team, this individual will work in collaboration with cross-functional & cross-business stakeholders, leading them through the process improvement lifecycle for the initiative, from scope definition & requirements gathering through to completion.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional end-to-end business process reviews (i.e. war rooms) and facilitate deep-dive assessments of current state processes
  • Identify improvement opportunities through root-cause analysis and data driven process reviews
  • Facilitate process re-engineering with a focus on enabling workflow and connected ecosystems
  • Work across functional groups to drive end-to-end process improvements
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and develop a network of process improvement facilitators

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • 10+ years relevant experience (financial services or lending related experience a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience driving end-to-end process improvement at a large scale institution
  • Outstanding leadership qualities, including experience developing high-performance global teams through continuous training and dynamic coaching
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work with all levels from Executive to front-line
  • Results driven; ability to lead/drive execution; methodical approach to identifying and solving issues
  • Demonstrated success at transforming and /or building new operations
