Job Description Summary:
Analog Devices, Beaverton, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer
Job Description:
Typical Responsibilities include:

• Developing improvements to manufacturing processes and modifications to production process flows to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time
• Root cause investigation of discrepant material and implementation of yield improvement programs
• Troubleshooting process shifts and discrepant material
• Optimizing process to lower cost, maximize output, and match performance across tools
• Qualifying new equipment, new raw materials, and new consumable parts
• Developing and monitoring process and equipment measurements to improve quality
• Analyzing cycle time and equipment overall operational efficiency
• Writing operating procedures and specifications
• Partnering with manufacturing operations to continuously improve factory performance

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field of study.
• >5 years of direct Photolithography experience in a semiconductor factory or photolithography equipment OEM.
• >2 years hands on experience with KrF or ArF scanners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with job creation on steppers and scanners
• Solid understanding of imaging physics as it applies to photolithography
• Experience with ASML or Nikon steppers/scanners
• Experience with overlay modeling & trouble-shooting
• Experience with lithography imaging characterization
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated technical leadership skills and ability to productively engage with individuals from a range of backgrounds.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with a high degree of ownership
• Self-starter with a strong worth ethic who will thrive in a dynamic 24/7 operation
