What are we looking for?
The Senior Medical Management Recruiter is responsible for development and oversight of the Medical Management Provider Network. This person will coordinate with teams to ensure medical management network adequacy, profitability, disruption and overall project timelines are met.

Where you will have an impact.
  • Navigate complex landscapes and negotiations within large group practices/hospitals
  • Engage with key decision makers within large practices/hospitals to remove
  • Successful strategy development for recruitment initiatives in concert with Sales and Client Management Leadership
  • Manage day-to-day workflow in compliance with health plans, policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Ensure plan satisfaction with membership access, establish provider recruitment goals and measure performance
  • Takes responsibility for successful, quality and cost effective network solutions.
  • Manages the provider requests and recruitment projects to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Prioritizes workload to achieve successful project deadlines are met, working with the functional business units to re-prioritize requests as needed
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive provider recruitment, onboarding and continual education program
  • Achieves targeted overall network growth and retention goals
  • Other duties as assigned
What’s necessary to do the job?
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education or high school graduate
  • Minimum of Five (5) years of related experience in provider contracting, specifically in large complex markets. Must have experience in Medical Management
  • Knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry preferred
  • Proficiency in MicroSoft Office

As a result, Associates must explicitly adhere to all data security guidelines established within the Company’s Privacy & Security Training Program.

The wage range for applicants for this position is [$82,000 to $86,000].
All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
