Lytx is looking for a Senior Manager Partner Enablement to join our team. This is a valuable key team member that will encourage a scalable partner enablement program. In this role, you'll define and lead the program to ensure our partners optimally market, sell, develop and support Lytx's product line. As an advocate for our partner's success, you'll interact directly with them to ensure they feel supported. You'll work to build a communication framework to ensure efficient and timely communication to our partners. Most importantly, you'll work in a highly collaborative environment working with internal cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Success and Operations. You’ll Get To:
  • Build and execute a partner enablement program, which will consist of playbooks, consultative guides and marketing collateral
  • Develop customized toolkits including scalable versions for our diverse partner network that focus on enablement strategies to support Lytx’s evolving product line
  • Build and maintain a keen understanding of the Lytx partner network including products, market segments and overall industry knowledge
  • Collaborate closely with key cross-functional team members including Product Management, Technology and Marketing; which will work together on successful roadmap geared toward training, messaging, launch strategy and market insights.
  • Lead all aspects of our partner business portal by defining required technology stack, integrations and collaborating with Technology teams to implement vision.

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, client experience and learning and development
  • Experience in leading enablement function(s)
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Proven ability to influence technical priorities and business strategy
  • Highly developed organization skills, ability to multitask and handle urgent requests with patience and integrity
  • Highly proficient communicator with the ability to interface at all levels within the organization to communicate sophisticated ideas and concepts clearly and concisely
  • Travel 5-10%
