JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting preventive and repair maintenance on the plant and equipment.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education: High School plus 2 years
Related Experience: 4 years
Supervision Given: None
Supervision Received: Maintenance Supervisor
Must have one or more of the following qualifications for this job:

• Journeyman or Maintenance Electrician License
• Mechatronics or similar automation 2-year degree

Essential Specific Job Duties:
1. Receives direction from Maintenance Supervisor when more work is needed.
2. Maintains the work area, machinery, and tools in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
3. Assists in other work areas when workload permits or requires.
4. Completes all documentation related to this position i.e., production reports, time cards, etc. in an accurate, thorough and legible fashion.
5. Conducts preventive maintenance as scheduled on equipment.
6. Strong troubleshooting skills.
7. Read and understand blueprints.
8. Knowledge and experience with PLCs, Drives, Servos, HMIs, Robots, etc.
9. Responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems.
10. Repairs welders, plasmas and hoists as needed.
11. Repairs all other production equipment as needed.
12. Adheres to quality and safety standards at all times.
13. Operate an Aerial Lift and Forklift.
14. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel and Email).
15. Use Maintenance Software for PMs, Work Orders and Parts.
16. Willing to work overtime as needed.
17. Work with other team members on projects and keeping production running.
