Senior Human Resources Generalist Job at Deployed Resources LLC

Deployed Resources LLC Donna, TX 78537

$72,000 - $78,000 a year

Expected salary range: $72,000-$78,000/yearly

The Senior Human Resources Generalist (HR Gen 3) is a key position within the Employee Support Center’s (ESC) Field HR Section. The ESC is a 24/7/365 support operation that provides HR and Compliance related assistance to employees. The ESC assists employees through a variety of methods (phone, email, text, in-person), but operates primarily in a call center (remote) environment. When not answering support tickets, the ESC is divided into two sections Corporate HR and Field HR.

The Corporate HR section primarily focuses on tasks/activities that are compliance based/corporate in nature. These tasks are typically more frequent, shorter in duration (more transactional) activities. Some examples include (but not limited to) employee onboarding, new hire orientation, HR lifeguard program, compliance reporting, employee classification, status changes, policy management (handbook), compensation analysis, and other HR-related projects (TRUE GENERALISTS).

The Field HR section primarily focuses on developing relationships with field managers and departments leaders to deliver HR initiatives/activities across the organization. Some examples include (but not limited to) employee relations (including investigations), field-based trainings, performance management, compliance/labor postings, exit interviews, and other HR-related projects.

This is not your typical HR environment and employees must be willing to champion our culture and roll up their sleeves to support our employees and our mission.
