PromptCare, a leading regional provider of specialty respiratory products and infusion therapy services in the home setting, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team located in New Providence, NJ. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of forecasting models and cost accounting processes. Ultimately, the candidate will ensure financial planning is robust and supports the business operations objectives.

  Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting or a related field (i.e. Finance or Economics). Master’s degree a plus
• Healthcare services experience is a major advantage
• Must have expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In particular, must have extensive experience building complex models and mining data using Excel. Strong systems orientation preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with Solver Reporting experience (preferred)
• Power BI and Tableau experience (strongly preferred)
• 25% travel to our office location when needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and automate financial and operating reports using Solver Cloud, Tableau, and Power BI
• Develop Excel models to analyze product and therapy-level profitability and trends
• Lead annual budget process. Provide analysis to current year results, both financial and operating statistics.
• Develop and Implement process to analyze budget and prior year variances. Provide assessment of opportunities to improve results to management.
• Perform daily revenue reports, highlighting day over day fluctuations and correcting any errors with accounting and reimbursement management.
• Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve any issues throughout
• Maintain and enhance/automate Accounts Receivable monthly reporting scorecard/trend report. Highlight trends in DSO and aging for specific payors for all businesses.
• Strong work ethic, with attention to detail and quality, is required.
• Maintain strong knowledge of PromptCare’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure that they are applied consistently
• Maintains information in a confidential manner and complies with HIPAA laws according to policy.
• Able to function independently with minimal direct supervision
• Demonstrate “leadership by example” in projecting a positive attitude, and involvement in PromptCare employee activities
