Johnson & Johnson New Planned Consumer Health Company is currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst for North America Supply Chain Finance. This position is based in Skillman, NJ, Lititz, PA, or Fort Washington, PA. This position may require up to 10% domestic travel.

What will you do

The position relies on building meaningful business partnership with stakeholders across the Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) organization in North America as well as engaging and driving collaboration with other finance teams in the region, such as manufacturing sites controllers, Enterprise Business Services, as well business partners.

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide strong financial support to the Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) leadership team and will play a key role on their ongoing performance by actively driving transparency and visibility of key results while providing data driven insights to business partners to enable delivery of financial commitments. The candidate will also lead the annual Business Plan as well as all major quarterly updates while building and delivering on comprehensive and stretching budgets for the region focused on maximizing value creation.

Process-oriented and innovative mindset will be a critical success factor in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong business & financial leadership to E&PS regional Senior Director.
  • Lead all planning & budget management for NA E&PS headcount & discretionary spend for all forecast cycles and coordinate reporting to Global E&PS finance team for visibility to Global business leaders.
  • Drive support for all commercial (non-manufacturing sites), including Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs) and overall cost management.
  • Will also provide support for World Headquarters (WHQ) renovation // decommissioning & tactical cost management support as needed.
  • Will consolidate all facilities costs including MAKE (manufacturing) and non-MAKE (commercial / WHQ) for a total regional view to be reported to Global E&PS finance team for visibility to Global business partners and brought forward to North America Leadership Team (NALT) as needed.
  • Responsible to analyze facilities costs versus latest forecast, drive data driven insights on financial results by developing / deploying performance report packages and spend analysis.
  • Able to influence business partners with fact-based analysis based on ongoing results.
  • Support ad hoc financial costs analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions.
  • Develop and manage regional standard policies, processes, and systems to meet internal control guidelines and SOX compliance requirements as needed.
  • Develop processes to ensure timely & accurate systems data (SAP, OneStream, Tableau).

Qualifications


What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably a major in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least three (3) years of finance or accounting experience.
  • Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement operational improvements, work independently, and handle several tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to think creatively, work in a team environment, act, and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to successfully frame and influence leadership.
  • Ideal candidate must be self-driven and ambitious to learn and grow.
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications
  • Prior experience in FP&A and Supply Chain environment
  • Experience in supply chain and consumer products industries as well as public accounting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e., Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions) as well as knowledgeable or willing to learn Analytics tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $73,000 – $117,300.
