As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide service and support to the President and CEO at Central. We are seeking a high quality candidate with strong administrative skills and an exceptional level of attention to detail.

Essential Job Functions
  • Provides multi-faceted executive support and assistance to ensure effective use of President’s time
  • Manages the President’s schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements
  • Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the President and prepares summaries and reports
  • Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Tracking work and progress against deadlines
  • Composes, edits, and assists with preparing a variety of materials, including correspondence, memos, and presentations
  • Uses discretion to facilitate the President’s activities with high confidentiality in all matters and maintains professional image
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes
  • Receives incoming communication or memos, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents as applicable
  • Performs various office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and setting up meeting spaces
  • Works on special projects when assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 years of related experience
  • 4 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous executive support experience
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English
  • Good understanding of Central Insurance’s policies and processes
