Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Delivery Operations role seeks guidance when required to support execution and influence outcomes to fulfill their job functions in Delivery Operations, which includes Procurement, Fulfillment and Personalization, Statement and Letter Capabilities, Material Intake/Review, Capability Servicing, Accuracy Review and Strategic Sourcing. Responsibilities include exercising the developed skills to be able to execute and manage relationships, complete deliverables with a high level of accuracy and prioritize competing priorities.

The Senior Analyst takes initiative on creating an environment that teaches and educates coordinators and analyst by providing feedback and guidance. The role also helps with the training and onboarding of new associates.
Job Description
Essential Job Functions
Process and Project Management -Leads collaborative meetings with internal and external partners to discuss and develop solutions to meet their program objectives utilizing our services. Participate in project activities, delivering work products within defined timeline. Proactively design and implement enhancements to benefit the business. Serves as the escalated contact for capability or service.
Problem Solving - Actively evaluates current processes and procedures for improvements and efficiencies. Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to solution problems encountered in the work. Able to work with ambiguity and solution appropriately.
Documentation/Quality Assurance- Written and verbal communication skills required to lead and design the execution of new auditing and quality assurance processes for their materials and/or capability. Uses minimal guidance in the creation, maintenance and completion of reference documents and reporting. Also responsible to provide feedback on materials to ensure requirements are accurate. Provides direction to peers, assessing standard procedures and making sound decisions.
Relationship Management- Leads meetings with both internal and external partners to build trust and rapport with little guidance. Become knowledgeable in the processes and procedures that are needed to execute and support job responsibilities. Ability to influence internal and external partners to deliver services supporting our business objectives. Likely to act as an informal resource for peers with less experience.
Forecasting Planning and Risk Management- Manages the Risk and Resolution process for capability or service. This includes oversight and guidance with the coordinator/analyst level associates on this process. Applies forecasting techniques under minimal guidance to ensure tasks are being executed as expected. Proactively identifies and recommends complete solutions to problems or potential issues and leads the recommendations to implementation.
Business Perspective and Team Building - Maintains business perspective in the face of challenges and pro-actively contributes to building a high-performing and positive team atmosphere.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • One or more years in the Financial Services Industry or Operations

Preferred Experience:
  • Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations Management
  • Three or more years Financial Services Industry or Operations

Salary Range:
$57,600.00 - $137,500.00
The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
