Senior Data Analyst - Hybrid Job at Onset Technologies

The role we are currently searching for is Data Analyst initially in a hybrid setting must be local to Akron, OH or Boston, MA.
What will you be doing in this role:
- Use technical, analytical, and critical-thinking skills to develop data solutions which provide
- Optimize flexibility, scalability, performance, reliability, and future-proof capacity of IT services, at an optimal cost.
- Implement chosen solutions, including infrastructure, scripts, database resources, permissions, source control.
- Experience in working with complex analytic situations.
- Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.
- Effectively manage team and directly communicate with client for requirements
- Communicate with a variety of people within the Data Office, Data Analytics & Engineering, and business partners. Engage with peers and stakeholders to understand current state challenges, identify requirements, and come to agreement on plans.
- Identify and clarify issues/problems that need action and drive appropriate decisions and actions relating to system integrations, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
What experience do you need to have to succeed
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in data modeling, data & cloud migration, and development experience
- Advanced level development in SQL/NoSQL scripting and complex stored procedures (Snowflake, SQL Server, DynamoDB, NEO4J a plus)
- 3+ years AWS Cloud Services including Compute, Storage, Management and Governance experience required
- Python, JSON, or SQL experience required
- Experience managing and supporting multiple systems
- Knowledgeable in building new process/frameworks to control migration
