Job Summary:
The Workforce Analytics team is looking for a member with strong analytical, technical, and consultative skills. The team is tasked with supporting business and talent leaders through consultative data-driven projects on key workforce questions. Additionally, we provide partners with actionable recommendations to ensure the organization?s talent strategy aligns with its long-term business goals.
Projects and analyses include workforce supply and demand forecasting, location strategy, and insights for key talent initiatives.
Data & Analysis:
  • Queries data to conduct ad hoc analyses of metrics and analyzes results to quantify the competitive performance of the business.
  • Identifies trends and issues following pre-defined business processes. Provides technical and analytical assessment of issues facing the business and presents findings to key stakeholders.
  • Conducts moderate to high complexity analysis under general direction from a particular business unit/function.
Project Management:
  • Serves as point person for moderate complexity projects.
  • Serves as team member on high complexity projects and may lead own workstream.
Mentorship:
  • Actively shares job knowledge with less experienced analysts.
  • May be assigned to mentor a new hire, depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 or more years of experience, or equivalent, is required. Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative field are preferred fields of experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, data visualization, etc.), SAS and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated success leveraging data analytics and visualization to build a compelling story.
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
  • Strong planning, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
