Join our Lovelace team as a Senior Administrative Coordinator!

Lovelace Health System (LHS) has been committed to meeting the growing healthcare needs of the Albuquerque community since 1912. LHS is comprised of Lovelace Medical Center, Heart Hospital of New Mexico at Lovelace Medical Center, Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital, Lovelace Women’s Hospital, Lovelace Westside Hospital, Lovelace Regional Hospital, New Mexico Heart Institute and Lovelace Medical Group. LHS has 613 licensed beds.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for multiple project timelines and deliverables; works directly with departments and management. Responsible for the coordination of project processes, identify needs and develops template. Identifies process, educates and communicates to management. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety

  • Identifies areas of improvement and resource requirements and manages multiple projects, timelines and deliverables.
  • Works with various team members to develop communication plans and materials.
  • Resolves customer problems and communicates resolutions.
  • Attends, participates and coordinates professional and/or departmental meetings; conducts presentations.
  • Takes ownership of assignments, special projects, pilot programs; other duties as assigned or requested.
  • Communicates and listens effectively with internal and external customers; effectively understands instructions and shares knowledge.
  • Cooperates and interacts with supervisors, peers, other departments and all customer groups demonstrating our commitment to “service”.
  • Mentors, coaches, develop subordinates to accomplish goals.
  • Assists with the development of policies, processes, strategies and goals that support Department direction.

Qualifications:
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Desired: College preferred

Ability to analyze and interpret data, communicate effectively, function independently, and work in a high pace environment. Strong presentations skills. Ability to compile complex reports and possess above average analysis and problem solving skills. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Project skills a must.

Three (3) years of previous job-related experience of which one (1) year must have been in a project management capacity.
