ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide support to executive-level leadership. You will be managing busy days across time zones with heavy calendaring, travel coordination, both domestic and global, and expense management. Coordinating special projects, meetings, and event planning from conception to completion working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO and the Chief of Staff, HR as an administrative team. Partnering with the administrative team to ensure organizational efficiency, while streamlining processes.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

You will be required to respond to a wide variety of requests for information, policies and procedures, and executive action. Analyze needs and problems to determine approach and priority. Ability to demonstrate professionalism, poise and flexibility while working in an environment of frequent interruptions, conflicting priorities, and varying workloads. Strong interpersonal skills will prove invaluable as you will interface with both internal and external contacts.

  • Ability to effectively exercise discretion and judgment in handling confidential/proprietary information.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, resourcefulness and responsiveness are essential
  • Provide support to the administrative team with evolving projects and priorities
  • Assist in meeting planning and preparation work needs, such as coordinate details of departmental meetings, site conferences and events, registrations, etc.
  • Independently perform ad hoc special project requests as needed
  • Prepare expense reports via Concur on a timely basis
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders across levels and functions


ABOUT YOU:

5+ years of experience with Associate Degree or higher

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer skills e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with Zoom, Concur and Microsoft Teams is a must
  • Business driven and task focused; able to establish a trustful partnership with the administrative team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A team player who is willing and happy to help others proactively and as needed.

(Base Salary Pay Range: $38,000 - $80,000; $18.26 - $38.46 per hour)

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth’s total rewards package for our employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits.
