- Possess extensive knowledge and experience to quickly identify and diagnose problems and their most effective treatments.
- Be up to date on the latest dental research, innovations and technologies and know how best to incorporate them into treatment.
- Show commitment to learning and staying at the forefront of the dental industry by pursuing continuing education opportunities.
- Be honest and compassionate with the keen ability to be empathetic to both colleagues and patients; adept at involving patients in the decision-making process for their treatment.

Qualification requirements:
- DMD/DDS dental degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license to practice in the state of Maine
- Reliably commute
