We are seeking a professional Front-Desk Concierge. In this role, you will maintain a high visibility presence at the point of entry. You will be responsible for the reception of guests, visitors, and vendors, in compliance with building access policies.

A good understanding of people and the ability to solve problems are essential for this position. Professionalism is required in both appearance and behavior. Your presentation must be immaculate.

As a communications coordinator, you will act as the central hub for your team and guide their efforts. You will provide customer service as needed. Document daily activities on the computer, monitor the camera system and grant elevator access when necessary. You and other team members will ensure parcels are logged in and out and distributed accordingly. Training will be provided for the technical applications used.

While this position can be challenging, it is also an excellent learning opportunity. The front-Desk Concierge position provides a place to hone your customer service skills as well as add professional accomplishments to your resume. Requirements:

  • Must have concierge experience
  • Must be able to type 50 WPM
  • Must have an active Guard Card. (in some instances, we can help you obtain a guard card)
  • Be a problem solver
  • Able to multitask
  • MUST have customer service experience
  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of verifiable experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Candidates must complete a background investigation in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws before being hired
  • Managing the front desk phone, answering incoming calls, taking and giving accurate messages, and responding to caller inquiries
  • Provide appropriate greetings and directions to visitors
  • During training, the candidate will be assigned to other positions on-site to understand other team members' responsibilities better

Able to:

  • Manage the traffic flow of the lobby and handle incoming packages and requests, ensuring that every interaction is met with a smile and appropriate attention
  • Able to lift or carry up to 20 pounds
  • Manage and organize package storage areas by accepting packages, notifying residents, and delivering packages as needed
  • By Building's Residential essential control procedures, provide residents with access to their unit after verifying their lessee or occupant status
  • Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Internet savvy

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
