Our local Tybee Vacation Rentals office, located just minutes from the beach, is seeking a seasonal Housekeeper to help our team create lifelong vacation memories for each guest.

Essential Functions*

• Cleans assigned units, ensuring they are ready for guests by check-in time.
• Provide prompt follow-up if cleaning or safety issues are reported by Inspectors or guests.
• Perform property inspections as needed.
• Utilize software programs to update property statuses, notes, and other pertinent information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Adhere to all safety policies.
• Perform re-cleans and touch-ups as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior work experience, preferably in hospitality or quality assurance
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must have open availability including on weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Mental Demands: Organize, multi-task, and problem solve.
Environmental: A combination of indoor and outdoor work, including regular exposure to the elements.
