Athletes Unlimited is seeking a Season Ticket & Group Sales Manager to support our group ticket sales efforts for Athletes Unlimited. The Manager will be directly involved with the outreach and overall engagement and ticket sale opportunities with season ticket holders, local athletic clubs, schools, colleges, businesses and restaurants, among other avenues. The Manager will be an ambassador and sales person for Athletes Unlimited and drive ticket sales while building relationships within the local community. The Manager will report to the Senior Director, Memberships and Ticketing.


Responsibilities
:

  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for capturing volume ticket sales from targeted constituencies.
  • Conduct outreach and communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person, reserving groups & selling tickets.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with a wide variety of local, national, and international groups. This includes athletic clubs, schools, colleges, sports leagues, businesses, restaurants, etc.
  • Maintain and keep detailed records and seating charts for all groups including outreach tracking within salesforce.
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for existing customers and coordinates with internal and/or external constituencies to obtain price estimates & book reservations.
  • Coordinate and/or process all phases of group contracts; book orders, secure deposits and payments for season and group ticket sales.
  • Work closely with marketing and grassroots teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Experience in outbound and inbound sales calling and emailing
  • Self-motivated with an excellent ability to build relationships.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Willingness to travel to league locations as needed.
  • Flexible hours – There are several times during the season that would require weekend hours.
  • Basic knowledge of google suite products
  • Strong customer service communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Previous box office or ticketing experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
