We seek a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) to join us in support of Customs and Broder Protection (CBP) Digital Transformation Support Services (DTSS).

Responsibilities

· Coordinate with both business and technology teams to elicit process requirements

· Work with stakeholders to identify process risks

· Meet with stakeholders to document existing processes

· Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvements

· Create/modify existing process models, data dictionaries, standard operating procedure (SOP) documents, and other supporting process documentation

· Develop initiatives for continuous process improvements

· Develop and maintain best practices to meet changing process needs

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in related field

· Scrum Master Certification

· Experience with MS Office products with emphasis on Visio, PowerPoint, and Word

• Must be a US citizen, background check required for specific suitability for CBP
• Must be local to the Washington, DC area

Preferred Experience

· Experience with manual and automated testing

· Selenium and Java experience

· 508 Compliance experience

· Scrum experience with a government agency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,495.14 - $85,000.00 per year
