Integrity Home Care & Hospice by BAYADA is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our new joint venture Assistive Care State Programs office located in Springfield, MO.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Clients to coordinate schedules
  • Answer telephones and assist callers including placing callers into voicemail, process telephone messages and greeting visitors.
  • Work closely with Care Supervisor to coordinate services for new clients
  • Update care plans as needed
  • Data entry and effective communication to field staff re any changes in schedule/care.

Q ualifications:
  • Two (2) year college degree preferred. High school diploma accepted with relevant experience.
  • One (1) year verifiable work experience, preferably in a related capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.
  • Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
